The conference is sold out!

We are now 400 registered participants and the conference is sold out. You can follow the conference at twitter #ww2012 and Facebook. Sign up to our newsletter to receive information about next years conference!

Full-Access Conference pass

5000 SEK (approx. 500 €) +VAT (25%) for participation 2 conference days
4000 SEK (approx. 400 €) +VAT (25%) for participation 1 of the 2 conference days

Price includes:
- Access to all conference sessions with the latest research and international experiences
- Access to the exhibition area
- Invitation to the social event at the exhibition area, February 7
- Lunch and coffee/tea
- Invitation to the conference dinner

Students

with valid student id only
500 SEK (approx. 51 €) +VAT (25%) for students at undergraduate level
1500 SEK (approx. 155 €) +VAT (25%) for PhD-students

Exhibition Only

1400 SEK (approx. 147 €) +VAT (25%)

Price includes:
- Access to the exhibition area
- Invitation to the social event at the exhibition area, February 7
- Lunch and coffee/tea

The registration will be open until January 20.

Please note that the registration is binding. Registration can however be transferred to another person in the same company.
Following booking cancellations apply to the conferce package and accommodation.
- 100% of the value of the conference package, and login can be canceled at no extra cost until 2011-11-11
- 50% of the value of the conference package, and login can be canceled at no extra cost until 2011-12-03
- 25% of the value of the conference package, and login can be canceled at no extra cost until 2012-01-02
Cancellations that occur after these dates will be fully charged.
