Information for exhibitors

The exhibition spaces are available in two sizes with measurements:
standard: width 2 meter x depth 2 meter
plus: width 4 meter x depth 2 meter
please note that booth walls are not included in the price, but can be rented (see information below)

Conference materials included in the price:
- wireless internet
- electricity
- two chairs
- one standard table
Please notify us if you do not wish to use the materials above.

Conference participation
Please note that registration is mandatory for all exhibition personnel. Please register for “Exhibition Only” or a “Full-Access Conference pass” on our web site: winterwind.se/registration

Logo and company description
A company description and a link to your web site will appear on the conference web page 1-5 days after submission. Your logo and description will also appear in the printed program. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for potential spelling errors, please read through your text carefully. The logo will be published with 170 pix width on the web site.

Cancellation
When canceling your exhibition area before December 1st, a booking fee of 2000 SEK + VAT (25%) will be charged. When canceling your exhibition area after December 1st, full fee will be charged.

Moving in and out
The conference venue will open 13.00 February 6 to give you opportunity to set up your exhibition stand. The breakdown must be finished by 19.00 February 8. Extension of these times will be at an additional charge to the exhibitor and depends on the availability of the venue. We cannot take responsibility for the disposal of all materials used for the exhibition. For the disposal of left materials, an additional fee may be charged.

Deliveries
Smaller shipments with conference materials can be sent to the premises. For larger shipments, please notify us beforehand. We will place sent material by your exhibition booth. Please make sure that your materials arrive by February 3 to ensure assistance.

Parking
The conference venue has 45 outdoor parking spaces at the back of the hotel for use, free of charge. 37 parking spaces in our underground car park, cost SEK 95 for 24 hours. It is possible to unload equipment directly into the exhibition hall though a loading platform at the back of the hotel. Please ring the entry phone to have personell open the door.

Stand construction and renting of conference materials

Please note that it is not allowed to put materials on the walls of the exhibition stand. You can
rent exhibition walls and other materials through MSP, a local company with great experience
in conference materials. You can choose on of the standardized packages below or order a tailor made solution for your company.
