In association with the product development of Energiservice AB, we have designed an efficient and exclusive trolley for oil change. From the trolley on the ground, two hoses are winched up to the nacelle. The contaminated oil is let down in one hose to a cistern. After that the clean oil is pumped up in the clean hose. The oil is always heated and filtered to the prescribed operating temperature and purity (ISO 4406). The oil change is, with this trolley, carried out in shorter time and with less risk of oil spill, than in the conventional way. The capacity of the trolley is two turbines a day. This capacity means that the shut down at oil change (stop to start) is reduced to four hours.
