Programme
Winterwind 2011 is the second international conference about wind power in low temperature and icing conditions organised by Swedish Wind Power Association.
This year's programme will gather a large number of representatives from all over the world to discuss issues like technology development, latest research, modeling, policy making, economics, potential and safety. Delegates will also get the chance to meet companies that provide useful solutions and services.
